Virginia Housing will be updating servers, software, and equipment on the weekend of April 20-21.
All systems may be unavailable from 2:00 PM on Saturday until 1:00 PM on Sunday.

Virginia Housing offices will be closed on December 23rd and 24th in observance of the Christmas holiday and Friday, December 31st for New Year’s Day. Rates will be posted as normal on these days, but the lock desk will not be operating. Lock desk requests will be processed on the Monday following the holiday when we return to regular business hours.
