Mortgage Cadence and the New URLA

Virginia Housing will begin to accept the new URLA/1003 beginning February 26, 2021. We will continue to accept the legacy URLA/1003 for older loans that may still need to be entered into our system. It is your responsibility as an Originating Lender to ensure you are in compliance with using the appropriate URLA.

Mortgage Cadence will not be available beginning at 4:00 p.m. today, February 25, 2021. You must sign out of the system after this time. The system will be available again beginning Friday, February 26, 2021, at 7:00 am EST.
