A Transit-Oriented Affordable Housing Complex is on the Way ...
On Wednesday, July 17, SCG Development broke ground on Phase A of Somos at McLean Metro, a two-phase affordable housing development in Fairfax County. Somos at McLean Metro will be a new construction mid-rise multifamily rental housing community for lower-income households, with this first phase providing 231 new affordable homes.

Habitat for Humanity Dedicates Two New Homes in Richmond
Back in the fall, 28 Virginia Housing associates participated in two Habitat for Humanity builds on 17th Street in Richmond’s south side, just off of Hull Street. The houses were recently finished, and a dedication ceremony took place on Tuesday, March 26.
