Advancing Housing Options for Virginia’s Middle-Income Workers
In November 2024, we announced a new opportunity to partner with communities through an investment of $75M over the 5 years in affordable housing that will open more doors across the Commonwealth. This program will accelerate the creation of affordable housing for middle-income Virginians. The first round of awards were announced in May 2025.
